Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance via our official booking system, by phone, or by email.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
No deposit, no booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
If notified within this timeframe, your appointment can be rescheduled without losing your deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a fee and may lead to refusal of future bookings.
Consultations & Colour Services
All clients must attend a consultation before any colour service.
This applies to both new and returning clients requesting a colour change.
For all new clients, a skin/patch test is mandatory before any colour service.
The patch test must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
No patch test, no booking.
This ensures your safety and allows us to assess your hair’s suitability for colour.
Client Responsibility
During your consultation, it is the client’s responsibility to inform the stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or recent chemical treatments.
House of Sass will not be held liable for damage caused by unreported hair history or conditions.
Hair Extensions
All hair extension services are carried out with professional care.
Clients must follow the aftercare guide provided to maintain the longevity and quality of their extensions.
House of Sass is not responsible for misuse, lack of proper aftercare, or removal performed by third parties.
Payments & Refunds
Full payment is required at the end of each service.
We accept cash and card payments.
If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48–72 hours so that we may offer a correction.
Respect & Safety
House of Sass is a safe and inclusive space for all hair types, backgrounds, and identities.
Disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
